Cancellations and Refunds

If Misty Isle Tours needs to cancel:

Obviously we hope this will not need to happen but we all know unexpected events occur from time to time. If any circumstances arise that mean Misty Isle Tours need to cancel a planned tour, for any reason, we will give any customers booked on that tour the choice of changing to another available date or, if they prefer, we will of course immediately issue a full refund.

If you, the customer, need to cancel:

If you need to cancel your booking at any time please get in touch as soon as possible to let us know. On cancellation we will refund money paid, as long as the cancellation is made by 9:00am on the day before your. However, in such circumstances we do reserve the right to retain a 20% admin fee.

If you cancel your booking after 9:00am on the day before your tour we can usually only give a 50% refund. This is because we have a limited number of seats available and will quite possibly have had to turn away other passengers to keep your seat.


All information collected during the booking process is done securely through an encrypted connection to Trekksoft, a specialist tourism booking company with the best reputation in the business. At no point will we ever see, store or have access to your private payment details.

Any information accessed by or stored by us (for example your name and contact details) will be kept securely by us and will never be passed to any third party.
